WINSTAR Monochrome TFT LCD Displays
WINSTAR monochrome TFT LCD displays use active-matrix TFT technology to provide high contrast, fast response, and improved display performance compared with conventional STN graphic LCDs. These monochrome displays are suitable for applications that require clear presentation of text, numbers, graphics, and status information without full-color output.
The Mono TFT series offers the following features:
- High contrast: 800:1 or 900:1
- Brightness: 450–1000 cd/m2
- Wide viewing angles
- TN positive or black VA LCD options
- SPI or MCU interface options
- Display modes: Monochrome, 4-level grayscale, or 16-level grayscale
WINSTAR Monochrome TFT LCD modules are available with SPI or MCU interfaces for integration with embedded systems.
Unlike conventional passive-matrix monochrome LCDs, Monochrome TFT LCD modules use active-matrix pixel control. These displays can be used in industrial equipment, measuring instruments, automotive applications, and other embedded systems where full-color graphics are not required.
