MPS MP1676C : 16V, 6A, 800kHz, Step-Down Converter with FCCM in an SOT583 Package

The MP1676C offers a very compact solution to achieve 6A of continuous output current (IOUT) across a wide input supply range.

The M1676C operates at a high efficiency across a wide IOUT load range based on MPS’s proprietary switching loss reduction technique and internal low on resistance (RDS(ON)) power MOSFETs.

Adaptive constant-on-time (COT) control provides fast transient response, facilitates loop stabilization, and provides tight output regulation.
